I have lots and lots of very small red 'freckles',?

mainly around torso and tops of legs, none on face or arms, any ideas? I have also red raised 'moles', I have always had these.

i have had these moles you need to get them checked as they can turn cancerous luckily mine didn't hope yours don't to if you want to get rid of these try fake tan or lying in the sun when the weather improves hopes this helps email me and let me no thanx beci xx

Most likely, these are small blood vessels called hemangiomas. See your Dermatologist for a professional opinion.
