I HAD THAT PROBLEM WHEN I WAS IN MY LATE TEENS. NOW MY HAIR IS THICK AND SHINEY, LIKE FROM A SHAMPOO COMMERCIAL. I WILL TELL U THE SECRET:OK, HERE'S WHAT TO DO!EVERY TIME BEFORE WASHING UR HAIR, APPLY PURE COLD-PRESSED ALMOND OIL. MASSAGE INTO UR SCALP AND UR ROOTS. THEN PUT A PLASTIC BAG AND A TOWEL ON UR HEAD TO KEEP THE MOISTURE IN. STAY LIKE THAT AT LEAST FOR 15-20 MINUTES. THEN WASH UR HAIR LIKE U USUALLY DO, USE A CONDITIONER ALSO. THE LAST RINSE OF UR HAIR SHOULD BE WITH 2 TBSP OF VINEGAR MIXED WITH 2 GLASSES OF WARM WATER. THE VINEGAR NEUTRALISES EVERY LEFT OUTS OF HAIR PRODUCTS THAT CAN HARM UR HAIR. THE RESULTS APPEAR RIGHT AWAY BY MAKING UR HAIR SHINIER THAN EVER. ALMOND OIL IS THE STRONGEST KNOWN NATURAL STIMULANT FOR GROWING OF NEW HAIR !!! IT WORKS!! U JUST HAVE TO BE PERSISTENT!!!
ALSO GET PANTOGAR OR REVALID CAPSULES. THEY R ESPECIALLY FOR THAT PROBLEM!!! THE FIRST, PANTOGAR, IS BETTER AND WORKS FASTER!!! GOOD LUCK!!
IT WORKED FOR ME AND FOR AT LEAST 8 PEOPLE THAT I TOLD THE RECEPY!!! IT WILL WORK FOR U

It sounds like your hair is overprocessed. I would suggest that you give yourself hot oil treatments, and use a really good conditioner on a regular basis. If you don't want to do a major cut on your hair, trim about 1/2 inch from the ends of your hair every 4-6 weeks until the damaged portion is all gone. Try to handle your hair as little as possible (if you can wear it in a bun for the next 6 months, even better), and no heat or additional chemicals!
Been there. It sucks, but it will grow back. Good luck!

You should do deep conditioning treatments (sitting under a hooded dryer for about 20 mins with a plastic cap and conditioner in your hair) once or twice a week. When you condition in the shower apply the conditioner only to your ends, so the roots will be less limp. Also get regular trims and try and stay away from putting too many products in your hair at a time.

hi, i think u really need help. u said u recently changed ur hair color. its not the only fault of the hair dye. maybe u didn't take perfect precautions or maybe it didn't suit you {chemically}. but if u want some natural tips i must tell you the solution which suits all types of hair:
in the night like on saturday, do one thing take coconut oil very little, then add camphor oil / olive oil. to it then add 5 spoons of curd with lemon juice. mix it well. then let it be there for whole night {cover it with plastic sheet}. then on sunday don't go out anywhere in the morning. freshen up, then 1hr before taking bath, u apply the mixture to ur head. very nicely wear those use & throw gloves. do it with ur hands don't use brus otherwise nutrion will not reach ur hair root. plz try this once u can see the result after 4 trials.

Following are the vitamins required for hair growth:
An interesting fact about Vitamin B: Certain experiments were conducted with rats and they were fed with food that lacked magnesium supplements. It was found that they lost their hair in bunches and when they were provided with a low biotin diet they turned hairless. But to the surprise of all, their hair returned when they were fed with food rich in Vitamin B. Similar studies were conducted on men and it was found that Vitamin B enriches the quality of hair. The body also requires Vitamin A. Fatty acids such as primrose oil, flaxseed oil or salmon oil need to be consumed for enhancing hair growth.
Vitamin E is meant for stimulating the oxygen intake in the body and improves the blood circulation. If there is proper blood circulation, hair growth is enhanced. Vitamin C assists the normal functioning of capillaries that carries the blood to the scalp. Even zinc is an important supplement, which should be consumed as it assists hair growth.
Biotin is necessary for hair growth. There are many sources of biotin such as brewer's yeast, brown rice, bulgur, green peas, lentils, oats, soybeans, sunflower seeds, and walnuts. It is present in some shampoos, so you can use shampoos, which contain biotin. It is advised to consult a physician before taking any vitamins or medications for hair growth.
1.Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.
2.Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week
3.Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse.
4.Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss.
5.Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow.
Take care!

My friend's hair started falling out recently - turned out to be a problem with her thyroid. If your hair falls out in clumps, this is a bad sign.
I always use Moisture Maniac when my hair is very dry (made by TIGI/Bedhead). I've also heard of using mayonnaise as an oil treatment - it's just oil and eggs - natural oil and proteins, I suppose.

hello! i take advantage of the professional organic’s Moroccan Argan oil Conditioner (you will locate it on line) and it rather is silicone loose argan oil to somewhat moisturize your hair. Argan oil is rather useful for hair because of the fact it cuts down on hair loss and stimulates the growth of extra ideal and fit hair, plus it leaves it somewhat vibrant and delicate :)
