I hv been in panchkula for few months and i usually visited chandigarh once in a week. Few areas are really good there but its greener than many cities but its not that much because of increasing population there. Panchkula is better than Chandigarh in terms of traffic n congestion but Chandigarh is best in good people, markets, "patole or Totta", fashion,regular events,parks........ n much more..... n also hiils are nearby. one cn go to morni hills,nada sahib gurudwara(which is in haryana side) etc. There's a lot to explore everyday........

Go to the library and read some books on photography.
Many libraries have some great books on taking pictures.
It's a good resource and you don't have to invest a lot of money to get tons of info.
