I'M sorry to hear that lady, its really strange how immigration works if you are a bad person full of trouble they let you walk right in, and if you are humble and honest and just wish to be with your wife if she is from another country, you can beg immigration for years until you die of old age and they will not help you at all, a land of fair laws what a joke, really if you have money you just buy what you want , i haven't seen any movie stars having immigration problems, its very sad what the do to peoples life and their dreams.

I am sorry for you, but you know what, I hear all too much about these marriages where the man is in Canada or the USA and a marriage is arranged with a woman in India and then your situation happens, and worse. I think you people need to stop arranging marriages for your daughters with Indian men in Canada and the USA, when you know nothing really about the men or their families, other than that they are in the USA or Canada. Arranged marriages are not a good thing. Stop it! I hope the best for you but I have to say that you people need to stop doing this. You are just asking for trouble and then you cry for help when the worst happens!

In a perfect system, United States Immigration wouldn't have let your husband in to begin with. I wish people like your husband would stay in their respective countries and never step foot into ours.

I accept as true with the previous answer. Your ultimate guess is the yank consulate in India. it rather is the closest to the States which you will at present get. inspite of the undeniable fact that, be arranged to instruct all documents and answer a lot of questions.
