You can get a credit card from paypal. They have paypal credit cards with a Visa logo. Then you can use that and it will work.

how can you have pay pal account because it need cvv no which is the last three digit no. Some very few debit cards give. So if you have that debit card then you can do as you need to connect your account with pay pal for money transaction.
