Yes, I don't know how many pounds that is either. But if your doctor says your over weight then maybe try eating foods higher in whole grains. They are more satisfing, better for you and stay with you longer. (In a good way) Don't stop eating, just make sure what ever you put in your body, is good for you and smart. I tend to eat when I'm board or sad somtimes. So instead of that I get up and do somthing good like take a walk or go to the gym. Eating raw carrots, apples and whole grain pretzles for a snack is a great munchie food thing to do as well. Don't forget to get your protien. Your still growing! If you want somthing sweet, try a nice lowfat yogurt. I saw a choclate souflee one a couple days ago. The bottled water thing is good as well. Some people drink a big glass of water before they sit down and eat a meal to take up some space. Water IS very important, but it shouldn't take the place of a meal. It can take the place of bad snacking though. Remember your still growing. Try limiting Video games/TV/Computer time to 2 hours a day. The rest of your free time do somthing fun and active. The best way is to count your calories and eat 5-6 times a day. Not full meals just a little here and there. Make sure it's healthy stuff though fruits, vegetables, etc. Remember keep the portions small but don't starve yourself. Do this for a week or two and you'll lose weight, not a lot but it's the best way to do it. Just stick to it. Good Luck!!!

Try to eat a peice of fruit or some vegtables when you feel hungry. Drinking plenty of water helps to but remember your only 13 and you shouldn't be worrying about your weight your still growing. Maybe speak to your mum or dad and she what they can suggest for you.

Buy a 2-liter of diet coke and binge-drink it. You'll feel too bloated to eat anything and you'll take in what, 3 calories?

take a glass, put a little heavy creme in it, dump in some nasty *** stinky mustard and pepper it up a little if you add some of that oil from the bottom of a sardine can it helps. then take a swig wash it around and swallow it. some times it takes a big glass, or seconds
