When i was a little girl, my legs use to ache and ache at nite and i couldn't sleep? Why? Medical experts or those studying to be a medical professional, please

I know GROWING....i mean, what is the underlying physiological process? Is it that there's too much growth hormone, which evokes pain? A decrease of dopamine or seratonin? That's what i mean. That's why i asked only medical experts to answer this question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Medical science doesn't have solution on many such problems. Right from migrain to your problem nobody can repply you. But Alternate systems of medicines know it.
There was excess of coldness energy in your body which caused that problem.
Second possibility is excess fear in your mind. If you had fearful nature it confirms.

Do you have to move them alot? You might have restless leg syndrome....put puberty causes "growing pains".........too
