Which of these activities of your husband do you consider felonies?

If he commited visa fraud, that is a serious matter which the US consular section would like to know about, as long as you can actually prove your accusation. However, if this is the case in which the husband stated on his visa application that he was single when he was actually married, that is not material to his visa application and is not fraud. That is to say, he would have received the visa whether he was married or single, so while his information was not accurate, it is not fraud.

If he withdrew money from your personal bank account, that could be theft; however, if it was a joint account in both your names, that is not a crime at all. If you gave him your personal account number, debit card and PIN or password, then you gave him implied permission to use the account.

Nor is it a criminal act to file for divorce.

I know that it is hard to get a visa from India to go the US.
You should take all the information that you have to the US embasy, and hopefully go from there.

The fraud is the worst part as far as they are concerned, and so you should strongly explain that to them.
