Like when you were a kid with a date at the movies...you yawn to get your arm up and around. You know? But here you have to time it so you have your back to him as he is walking towards you, and have a friend facing you to let you know when he is within arm's reach. As you are talking to your friend telling a joke or a story, just be incredibly animated at the right time and swing your knuckles right into his face. (like you're telling and story, then all of a sudden, "WHAT?!" and you throw your arms in the air). You are already laughing at your joke (and secretly at how funny it is that you just smacked him in the grill) and as you apologize you are still giggling a little bit. But of course you'll have to do a little acting and stop the laughing to make it look like you're not too happy and that you are concerned. Just be careful that you don't overdo the smack, it has to look natural. And if you manage to execute the smack down, then you'll have to follow up that he's ok and show that you really care...(yeah right).
Have fun, and don't break any noses or knock out any teeth, unless you really want to. Oh, and be sure that he wouldn't suspect that you would have motive to hit him intentionally.

When no-one's looking, pour some water on the floor outside his door (I assume it's a he as punching a female boss is unacceptable). Then, as he leaves his office, walk past, "slip" on the water, hit your boss, and then tell him you're going to sue him for every last penny because of the appalling safety levels in the workplace.

Invite your boss to a boxing club. :)
I got away with kicking my boss hard. We were on a business trip to a skiing area and went bobsledging after a meeting. She crashed in front of me and I crashed into her and hit her rather hard with my feet. Ok, that was not on purpose, but it was kind of funny though to get to kick my boss, knowing she couldn't do anything about it.

win a huge lottery get totally drunk go to work ride the elevator with him alone punch him in the mouth, no witnesses plus you can say you were sooo drunk he recieved his bruises when you lost your balance and fell on him and that's how he got his fat lip, and if that doesn't work the lottery win will get you a great lawyer and you will get off.

lol...i sometime wonder the same thing. just do it in your head or get a punching bag and put your bosss picture on it and take as many swings as you want..lol

Disguise yourself and just let him have it. Make sure you hit him hard enough so you have time to run.
