Be her rock, and tell her to leave the jerk. It will only get worse for her. She needs out...so pull the ejection button for her.

Sounds like your friend has self-esteem issues. Otherwise, why would she put up with this? She would rather be treated horribly than be alone, thinking that she'll never get another boyfriend if she dumps this jerk.
She needs the support of friends like you. Gather all the friends you can to stand by her when the jerk starts putting her down. But don't be judgmental or harsh; she's liable to lash out at you and the other friends. She'll eventually come to the conclusion that she deserves better and dump this loser. This guy obviously sensed her low self-esteem early on and thought she could be swept off her feet, then methodically be controlled with insults, knowing that she wouldn't dump him because of her fear of being alone. So help her to stand tall and be confident in herself.
Good luck!

be a best friend and tell her that no matter how much you love someone they shouldn't hurt you and make you feel bad about her self. because whats going to happen is she going to start thinking that the things that her boyfriend are saying about her are true, she might end up having low self esteem and even worst think that she is not good enough for any man. so pls tell her that there are alot of men walkin this earth, so she does not need to be with one who talks bad about her. tell her to find some one that encourages her and makes her think good of her self not think bad.

This is verbal abuse and he is trying to alienate her by showing her that she is nothing. He may tell her that her friends don't care about her or that her friends are just jealous etc so don't tell her that she is dumb to stay with him or anything like that just support her and help her build up her stregth to leave him on her own and to realize it on her own or she will go back again and again. Your support in all is sooo important right now. Be a Friend

i would say the only thing for u to do is just stay out of that. and the second would be to say something to you friend about the situation. if it continues then obviously that is what your friend like because if she wasnt use to having that go on then she wouldnt let it happen. no one has to put up with bullshit from another human being. thats not cool at all..........

Tell her to just find a new guy because what he is doing to her is totally wrong. Assure her that there are many more guys who will appreciate and love the person she is. Love is not supposed to be hurting.

The best thing to do is be there for her and encourage her to find somebody better because it's obvious that he doesn't love her.
Good Luck

Then he is emotionally abusing her and sometimes emotional abuse is just as bad if not worse than physical abuse. Look you can try and to her to leave this guy, but sometimes they have to come to that realisation themselves. Keep looking out for her though cause she is gonna need your support!
