trick question - if he's dead then nobody works on him at all - the patient is the one who's still alive

i believe the doctors should have to keep doing the surgery while nurses call in the fallen doctor, although they may be in shock at first and just might stop what they are doing for a few to help the dead doc. they would have him rushed out of the room and the doctors would have to keep working on their patient

oviously the patient because he or she is in the middle of the surgery and less people would work on the doctor because they cant abandon the patient!!!they would run out of time.

I'm willing to bet there'd be enough doctors to continue with the surgery while a nurse took the DEAD doctor down to the MORGUE (simple answer- you cant work on a dead person)

oooooo that's a tough one.....i think it depends on the cause of death for the doctor...i mean think if he had a heart attack or just plain heart failure and then died then if it was the heart attack, the doctor but if just heart failure then the patient cause well the doctor is dead you can't do much with a dead person but poke, kick, and/or stare @ it so yah depends........i like this question !!! :)

Surgery would not be interrupted to perform an autopsy on the dead doctor.
