Do more, eat less. Walking is great and what we are naturally set up to do, eat smaller portions of food, go for salads and fruit. Meat portion should be the size of your palm. Cut out the majority of sugar and fats. Give yourself one small treat a day for being good like a handful of marshmallows.

go out there and have fun...play at anything as much as possible....like roller skating, skate boarding or dancing ..anything that takes your whole body and all your muscles........
stop eating junk food, drinking sodas and anything that contains HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP in it...that stuff is making you fatter...
try eating more fruit and vegetables, lean meats and fat free dairy products like yogurt with fresh fruit you add....
here is a website that tells you how many calories you burn doing anything

HAVE FUN...and GOOD LUCK
