Mah xams are coming damn soon! but whenever i start studying...i use to go out of the book and think sumthing else...related to mah gf..mah future...how should i concentrate? pls help!

I read and then summerize it in my own words. That helps set it in the mind... a lot more than you may realise

Just think about your future. Lots and lots of money! Then you can treat your family, girlfriend something expensive.

Just make sure on the day before the exam is to have a good nights sleep and a good breakfast. Revise at least 15 minutes on the exam day to refreshen your memory. Bring a bottle of water into exam class and nothing to sugary. You don't want to crave for sugar or by the time you know it, you will be hitting the Jon in no time!

a study shows that concentration may not be according to one's state of mind but could be due to the high dopamine level in your system. if indeed you have this then you may need to consult a doctor to remedy your problem.

i suggest that you would create an environment that would reflect a good mental activity for you. remove some stuff that would make you concentrates less. start by muting your phone, turning off your appliances, closing your window etc.

hermit yourself in a room. dont lie down but sit as if you are being interviewed for a job.

The same things happened to me. Try to get sleep as much as possible. Eat well. Do not watch tv and think about some interesting subjects. Try to concentrate on candle's flair. Do meditation.

well i am a math whiz and one thing u need is some confidence, do some easy problems to build up your momentum then do some deep breathing exercise: inhale from the bottom of your stomach to the top, then exhale. Relax man, chill that thing you are thinking about, get rid of it somehow. If it pops in your head then get rid of it by: doing what it wants, take a break and relax, go to sleep, or (usually in my case) go to the bathroom.
