Personaly, I like beef liver pan fried with mashed taters,green beans, and skillet gravy.

If this is goose liver from a freshly killed bird then enjoy. But if you are talking about foie-gras then this is a problem! Do some research. Find out how foie-gras is made. The suffering of these animals will turn you off for ever! A cruel and exploitive trade which the average restaurant or home consumer does not want to know about!

I know that you enjoy the taste of goose liver. There are a lot of people out there that enjoy it as well as other types of liver. Any kind of liver is actually unhealthy to eat. I would recommend you do some research on the function of the liver. You will find the reasonings of why NOT to eat liver at that point.

Honey: If you like goose liver--eat all you want. Some people worry about the very high cholesterol in it but who cares. You're young and you don't have to worry for a long time yet.

Seriously, dude, I can't comment on goose liver, but I love calf or beef liver w/ gravy and onions and rice! OFF THE CHAINS!

I love foie gras. But as I'm sure you know, poor quality foie gras can sometimes be like eating wet sand. My only problem is when geese are force fed, that's the most repulsive, inhumane thing to do to an animal, despite how delicious they are.
