Alton Brown, chef and host on Food TV's "Good Eats" has a recipe for an awesome ham. Go to FoodTV.com, or whatever the Food network's website is, and type in "city ham" in their recipe finder. Then look for the one written by Alton Brown. VERY tasty ham! I dig turkey as well, but I know this recipe is good. Good luck!

well traditionally, turkey should be for thanksgiving, symbolize the pilgrim's bountiful fowl together with the harvest trimming of corn, vegetables, fruits and arrangement cornucopia style. don't forget the carving of the turkey by the guest of honor, that makes it special.

lol our family has turkeys on thanksgiving (of course) and crabs on christmas eve! there are 3 of us who are considerd "the non sea food people" lol and we usually get fast food. of make spaghetti or something. lol mos tof the time its in-n-out the healthiest fast food place on the west coat. lol i dont eat fast food that much neither do they (one of my uncles and my brother) so its liek a treat in a way lololol. maybe one year i will liiek crab.....my brother is already converting on me !
