Because the Bible states that "God is love". If God didn't love someone, God would cease to be God.

Because He gave me life, created the world and all its beauties for me to enjoy, sent me to a good family, answers my prayers, sent his Son to atone for my sins so I can return home again if I repent and do better. He gave me free agency and choice, and has promised great things in the future if I do my best in the present.

You would know He loves you by the compassion He felt for you when He sent His Son to take your place and die for your sins. He gave the ultimate price so that you can come to Him.
