Airbus is a French company and Boeing is an American Company.

A Boeing 737 is one particular type of Boeing. In the same way, there are different types of Airbuses, eg. Airbus A319, Airbus A320 and Airbus A321 (these 3 are of a similar size to Beoing 737 but all are a bit different and carry a different amount of passangers).

Overall in terms of comfort I have found there is not much difference between these Airbuses and Boeing 737s. I think you should be fine flying on either one.

The Boeing 737 is US made and lasts twice as long in service as an Airbus.

Airbus is manufactured by a multi government consortium in Europe and the 737 is made by a private corporation. The 737 is also an older design the has been updated to meet the changing air travel industry.

The Boeing is an American made aircraft. The Airbus, a European aircraft, was not constructed to be a workhorse aircraft, like a Boeing. Some of the Boeing aircraft are still flying daily after 40 years!!

Examples of A/c

Boeing 747,737,757,727

Airbus 319,320,330

However, as a passenger, I'm sure you will like the Airbus better.

It's newer, wider aisles, and most have personal entertainment systems.

You are comparing apples and orange trees.

"Better" is a matter of personal preference.

And passenger comfort (as little Miss Flight Attendant should know) is a function of how the airline equips its aircraft interior, rather than the aircraft itself. E.g., would you rather fly a 737 with all new first class seating, or a 747 cargo configuration?

both are good planes, the cabin crew can make all the difference to a good or bad flight
