Who goes first at a 4 way stop sign?

4 cars come at the same time at a 4 way stop, who goes first? they say the car to your right but, everybody is thinking the car to the right of them it's just a big circle. Example...the car to the right of the blue car is red and the car to the right of the red car is green and the car to the right of the green car is yellow and the car to the right of the yellow car is blue it just starts all over again. Who goes first?

Yes, they do all have the right-of-way, but what are the odds that four cars will approach a four-way stop at the exact same time?

They'll probably work something out using hand signals, etc.

In real life it never happens. This is simply hypothetical.
But in case if really happens then it is said to use your own judgment and start moving your vehicle slowly till everyone notices you or otherwise.

whoever got there first.....it is theoretically impossible for two cars to approach at the EXACT same time, even if they are only .000000000000000003 seconds apart. so it is whoever got to the intersection first
