Cordon bleu in France. They have schools in the unites states, but I don't know how well are they recieved. I'm partial for a culinary school in Napa. In Boston there is supposedly a good school started by Julia Child. New York and Pasadena has decent schools.

If you don't want to go overseas, look into Johnson and Wales, I went there and loved it.
