What are you asking? Are you asking about language skills or are you asking about something else? When you ask a question, the respondent must have some clue as to what you are asking. You haven't done so. So if you are asking about language skills, better learn to phrase your questions better for an intelligent answer.

Practice is the key. Read a lot of books and magazines in English. Watch plenty of films wherein the actors speak good English.
