I don't think I have a chance with him, specially because he is currently dating someone and he seems to be really into her. However, sometimes I think he gets jealous of guys I date. I want to tell him, but I don't want to lose his friendship. He's always there for me when I need him.

Ah, I wouldn't tell him now if he's seriously dating someone else. That would be kind of disrespectful to him. If his relationship with this other girl doesn't work out then maybe. But you have to remember the risks of becoming intimately involved with a good friend. It could work out well and that would be great. However, if it doesn't work out the friendship will most likely be ruined. You have to really weigh the options of what's more important to you: his friendship or your desire to have a more than platonic relationship with him.

Maybe you should tell him, maybe you should not. Keeping things away from each other may be hard, but telling him could break the relationship. You could also have a friend go ask your friend if they had feelings for you, but make them do it very casually.

The downside could possibly end up as him not having feelings back, and an awkward gap could be created.

Maybe you should just tell him. Release your pressure. You don't need to take my word for it, just do what you feel like saying.

Good Luck!

Here's the trick to rope him: Make it seem like your dating a lot more than you actually are, but complain that every guy is a moron. Then slip something into the conversation like "Too bad you're taken. I'd totally go out with you." If he takes the bait, you're in. If he doesn't, you need to move on. A blatant drop like that is a way to test the waters while being able to retain the "Oh, you know, I was just rambling." excuse if it doesn't work. Good luck.

Maybe when you date other guys, he's just being protective like an older brother. If you were to make a move, I'd at least wait until he's available. Good luck!

I say follow your heart and do what you feel is best!! It would be a good thing if you told him because he will know how you feel about him. Telling him is the only way of finding out how he truly feels about you. Good Luck!!!

I was in love with my best friend, too. I'm sorry, I know what you are going through is difficult.
Do not tell him, it will ruin your friendship-trust me. He will have a moment of weakness and it hurts.

If he is into dating himself, why does he feel jealous? He has no right. Make your own life.
