I have black spots on both my cheeks , maybe due to sun exposure or after baby delivery. I also have black nose due to black heads. please suggest something to cure them all .

Blackheads can be helped tremendously by drinking lots of water because they are mainly being caused from within your body. Drink lots of it, your skin will get healthier very fast. You may also want to try Proactive or some skin care system like that. For your dark spots try any skin brightner cream. There are a lot to choose from. I have been using Neutrognena Visibly Even, foaming cleanser for only a week and my sun spots have reduced dramtically!

Blackheads are caused by oil clogging up the pores. You have to clean the skin thoroughly, apply an astringent to get rid of the oil, and then a medicated cream. The black spots on your cheeks can be removed very quickly by a dermatologist. I don't know any other way to remove those spots.
