Not more than 3 hours at 325 degrees. You should use a meat thermometer if you have one, to check that the internal temperature in the breast reaches about 170 degrees. But if you go by 30 minutes per pound at 325, you'll be fine.

3hrs. if bird is thawed completely. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes per pound, or 3 hours for a nine pound bird. If you have a meat thermometer, get temp in thickest part of bird, usually the thigh, to 180 degrees. Let bird rest for 30 minutes after cooking to help keep juices in and make a more moist turkey.

a 7 pounder will cook in two hours at 350 degrees if thawed completely .
the rule is 20 minutes per pound.
internal temp should be 175

The package instructions on my 12 pounder says to thaw in refridgerator for 3 to 4 days. So I'd say maybe 3 for yours.

Twice as long as it takes to make a 4.5 pound turkey, and 3 times as long as it takes to make a 3 pound turkey. Hope this helps. Good luck
