You have no right to travel if you are on the wait list.Rest is your personal commitment

Previously the second class ticket was issued with seperate charges for sleeper berth along with reservation charges. when wait listed tickets are issued the extra charges were not collected and once the accommodation is confirmed the charges due were collected by the TTE on train. subsequently the system was revised and for all the tickets issued including the wait llisted one the same fare was collected for the convenience which are not provided. at the last moment we cannot get the refund of excess charges what was collected before. moreover previously only the fare for II class with an extra fee for sleeping facility was charged. But in a very indiscreet manner the Railways have converted the sleeper coach as a sleeper class and hiked the fare whilch is exhorbitant when compared to ordinary II class fare and collection of the same fare for wait listed tilckets and not providing the facility is really a disappointing one since we hlave to pay the fare for an upper class and travel in an ordinary unreserved class despite being charged heavily which is not refunded. Railways must have to lookat this problem very seriously and help passengers to over come their traumatic experience .
