The Bible says: "Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. (St. Matthew: 12: 31,32)

It sounds kind of confusing and strange, but what it all comes down to is that when the Holy Spirit is witnessing to a person in regards to Jesus Christ being the true Son of God, if that individual is persistent in their denial to the very minute of their death without confessing Him (Jesus) as their Lord and Savior, then there remains no more hope for the salvation and conversion of such an individual who has willfully(by his or her own choice) denied and rejected the means of salvation that God has freely provided for them, i.e., His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. (See John 3:16).

Hmmm...funny, I am a Christian and not Amish and I am sure that I will meet God. I think that, if you know the Lord, He forgives much. My God is a tender, loving Being with this huge heart that encompasses the entire world and forgives more, much more, than I can as a human. He is not FIRE AND BRIMSTONE, as the Pilgrims taught...they taught FEAR!!!!! He is love, He is sweetness and LIGHT, HE IS LOVE. I DO NOT think that you have to be a so-called "Christian" and go to church each time the doors open. Matter of fact, most of those won't meet me in Heaven. Know why? Because they have robbed me, raped me while telling me after that their priest "forgave them" then continued to abuse me because they could be forgiven every week, watched me starve while they multiplied owing me and my small children thousands after my ex left me and I had no food, no electricity...etc. They fed off of our misery and profited from our pain. 'Nuff said. If you love God...HE loves you. Period. Most religions have different prophets and Saviours but they all agree on one thing...GOD. The Supreme Being. I DO believe in Jesus, as a prophet and Saviour but most religions do NOT. So I say...LOVE HIM. GOD. Jesus was his son, his only begotten son, but that is MY belief. You do not have to believe as I do to enter Heaven, only live your life the best that you can live it, love and be good to all, be the best that you can be. The rest is just icing on the cake.

This should answer your question:

Romans 10:9 (English Standard Version)
because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Romans 6:23 (English Standard Version)
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord

Ephesians 2:8-9 (English Standard Version)
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

It's true that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is the only unforgivable sin.

The Holy Spirit is synonomous with Christian. They are inseparable. As to hell, that is Father God's call not mine.

If you do not believe in the Holy Spirit you are not a Christian. So your question makes no sense.

God does not deny himself to anyone. He is like the father that never turns his back on his children, even after they have turned their backs on him.

When people die, in the afterlife it is revealed to them that God exists and they are sort of debriefed on the situation. Then, they may enter heaven if they want to. Heaven is denied to no one. The person may or may not like it there, based on what he wants. If he wants to be with God, or love others, he will fit in, but if he just wants to think of himself, or money and sex, and cars and worldly things, he will not like it in heaven, so he goes to hell, which is not the pit of fire we are often told about. It is just another place where everyone just exists indulging themselves in their wants.

This is part of Swedenborgian Theology. It's intense, but it makes sense when you look further into it.

You're talking about " Blasphemy against the Spirit " yes?

Well, if you are, allow me to clear that up for you.

The reference refers to knowingly doing all sorts of evil with the plan of asking for forgiveness at the last minute. It doesn't work, because you didn't mean it. you committed " Blasphemy against the Spirit " of salvation.

Best wishes.
