Fuera, can mean:
a)Outside. Where are you? I´am outside (fuera).
b)Its the first and third person of singular of the verb "ser" in present of subjunctive. Which in english is "I were" or "It was" in the conditional zero: If I were a rich man, si fuera un hombre rico.
c)As order, "Fuera", means: get out of here.
