The first one doesnt make sense. I think you are trying to say "ella quiere que HAGAS la tarea" which means she wants you to do the homework. And the second one means "I want you to be famous"

Ella quiere que hagas [not hayas] la tarea = she wants you to do you homework

quiero que seas famosa = i want you (female) to be famous

the first 2 answers are right

but just amending the 2nd translation .... "famosa" is talking to a female, not talking to a guy
