lol i faced this problem a while back so ill tell u what helped me. well depending on ur age u can do different things. maybe join a gym with some friends so that u get to work out and u cant bail cause ur friends will MAKE u come. another thing u can try to do is change ur diet. im not talking bout celery sticks n carrots 24/7. just like eat less than u normally do. as in if u have a huuge bowl of food, buy a smaller bowl(it helps trick ur mind) and fill that up instead when ur eating. try to go a week without chocolates, candy or soft drinks. beer included. itll be hard at first, i know it myself, but once u go that first week, the 2nd doesnt seem so hard and soon enough, everything falls into place. also try walking a bit. if ur going someplace nearby, dont drive or take the bus, just walk! also, at night before sleeping, do some excercises. just 50 or 100 sit ups(i know it sounds harsh but it works!). do it on ur bed if u can, cause that makes it easier for the first few times. lift weights too. just push urself to do these things and itll work out. best of luck :)

you must move, move, move. Join a sports team, ride a bike, take karate lessons. Run after school.
No fast food, chips, or cookies. Drink skim milk. No sodas. Drink 100% fruit juice.
Get your parent to not buy things that are too sugary or fattening, then it won't be in the house to tempt you. Don't watch TV or play video games for hours at a time. One fast food hamburger can have all the calories you need for a day , and really packs on the pounds. Eat fruit, raisins, a small handful of almonds for a snack. When you feel hungry but it's not time to eat yet, try putting a listerine breath strip in your mouth. They kill the appetite.

first thing is to want to lose weight. next, set reasonable goals. i can't count all the times i set goals for myself that were too lofty and i never achieved them, and that just made me wanna quit. it's okay. we all start from somewhere. it's where you end up. how tall are you? every broken any bones? do you have any chronic illnesses? oi. hit me up on yahoo messenger, i'm '' phtokhos '' to lose the weight, and i'm guessing you wanna put on some muscle, you'll want maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of your workout to be resistance training, using weights of a certain percentage of your max., and then the rest of your workout, about 15-30 minutes to be aerobic. but start slow. work into that. if you get sore, slow down with it. in time, you will be able to workout as often as you want without getting sore.

i have a bench press routine that i learned in highschool that increased my bench press 5 - 7 pounds a week for 10 months straight. it's a lot of explaining, but if you wanna know, hit me up on messenger

Keep yourself motivated bro, The first step imo is a healthy diet: Try and replace all the unhealthy food you have with fruits and vegatables and healthy things!, Eating healthy brings your body to life, it makes you feel much better. and get a bag of some low-fat "junk food" for those cravings. this will stop you from going on a splurge, even though it is junk food you will begin to look towards this as the most negative thing you can eat.

Start to cut back on calories, choose healthier food items, and get moving. Don't bother going on a crazy diet. They just dont work. Burn more calories than you consume.
