Not normally no. The chihuahua would probably be hurt very much by the _____ going in her ____.

even if she got pregnant, the pups would be bigger than the chihuahua was so it would kill her.

Well if the Chihuahua was the female, the Great Dane pups would be too big and would probably kill the mother during pregnancy or birth. If she did get through the entire pregnancy, you would probably have to take her to the vet to have a C-Section to have the pups removed.

And if the Great Dane were the female, I think the Chihuahua would have a hard time mating with her. That's just a funny mental picture. But I guess anything COULD be possible.

Due to size differences it is rarely possible, if the great dane were male and the chihuahua were female the great dane couldn't get "it in" and if he did it would kill her, the female chihuahia would have to be artifically insiminated and even the the size of the pups would kill the female chihuahua during pregnancy, but if the great dane were female and the chihuahua were male the chihuahua could not get "it in" but the great dane could be artificially inseminated and the pregnancy could be carried out normally.

It's genetically possible. If a male Great Dane impregnated a female chihuahua, the size of the puppies would probably kill the dog.

It would be possible if the chihuahua is the male and the Dane the female (for the given reason if it was reversed, the female chihuahua would never make it to delivery, if the male was even able to breed her due to size difference).

I knew someone who had seen a St. Benard female BACK up to a deck to let a chihuahua male breed her. Were there puppies? I don't know. But we did laugh about it.

A vet might be able to artificially inseminate the Great Dane with sperm from a Chihuahua.

if the female were the chihuahua, it would probably kill her at delivery time. the puppies would be too large. Why would you even think of that? If the chihuahua were the male, I suppose you could get him a stool to get up on ?????? Somehow, I think the puppies would be pretty strange dogs.

it is possible but it is not safe espescialy if the chi is the female the mateing could kill her let alone carring the pups would kill her now switch it around and both would be safe but good luck getting a male chi to mount a female dane.

The Chi could not carry the puppies so she would die and the pups would be aborted.

No, it is not possible. Why does everyone on these boards want to mix a Chi with large dogs? If you want a big dog, mate with a big dog.

Would you like to carry Shaq's baby? Come on now.

yes but the chihuahua is very small and delicate, the great dane is the largest dog and chihuahua is the smallest ... not a very good combo..i wouldn't recommend it
