There is no good way to lose weight fast. If your trying to lose you should shoot for 1 to 2 pounds a week. Cardiovascular exercise, a disciplined diet, and a weight training routine are the way to go. To keep it off you just have to maintain your exercise routine and eat sensibly.

Their is no magic diet or woder pill, you just have to change your lifestyle. If you are really serious about this you can do it.

Don't even think about an eating disorder. It does way more harm then good.

Try a weight loss clinic. I am going to one and they gave me good tips and some adipex which really helps a lot, along with vitamins, b complex shots. I've lost 10 pounds in the last 3 1/2 weeks. I work 12 hour nursing shifts though so I am moving around all the time and I run.
