Probably not. With the size difference, the female would have had great difficulty carrying that pup, let alone delivering it (would have needed a c-section and the puppy would have been very large). What you are seeing is a fawn dog with the "solid" coat marking. However the "solid coat" marking includes white chest and paws. It's not a terribly unusual color pattern in chihuahuas.

RE: Can a Male chihuahua breed with a female boxer? My female boxer and male boxer mated, and for some reason, I have three very small puppies now five weeks old, that are only a quarter size of the rest of the litter (17) pups.. and they are the color of my chihuahua, plus three are hairless( my chihuahua's mom was a hairless and dad had hair)...

Why don't you know what mated with your Chi? Chi's often have very difficult pregnancies. They are so small thta often they have difficulty even carrying pups from larger breeds.
Argh, it's so frustrating these questions. How do you not know what's going on with your own dog?! I know where my dogs are 24/7.

I don't know either, but my shepherd was raped by a dachshound. I chased that thing half way down the road but I guess 5 legs has an advantage, haha
