An unguided missile is a hundred thousand dollar bullet. Even rockets these days have some form of heat seeking warhead.
Now, if you're refering to missiles that need no human action to fire, no, there aren't any of those. As more and more intercontinental missiles are made, the risk becomes greater, but you have a better chance of getting in a car accident than getting killed by a terrorist.

No. "Unguided" missiles do not exist. Miss-guided missiles do exist however.
