my hair right now is dirty blonde, i do want a little lighter for the summer, would you suggest putting lemon juice in it while i lay out or sun in. or if you recommend anything else.. but i do not want to actually dye my hair! thanks so much!

Honestly you should just get highlights thrown in by a stylist. Sun in frys your hair. Lemon juice drys it out, which makes it break off. At home streaking kits do NOT work, I don't care if you have team of your best friends helping you. Unless one is a professional, the odds of success with home hair highlighting is against you. You'd be better off just dyeing it a shade or 2 lighter. At least it would be even & less chance of a botch job.
You will either:
1. leave it on too long & burn your hair.
2. dye it some horrid color because your hair wasn't the same color originally as the models on the box.
3. end up with bizzare blonde spots on your head which are expensive & damaging to correct.
Hey, it's your hair. You may get amazing results, or you may not. I personally have had the issues. I have good hair now & want to keep it that way. You probably spend more on shoes & clothes you'll only wear once if at all (yes, we all have "those" clothes). So, if anything getting it done probably will save you from buying stuff you don't need. + you'll look really good.

Well if you don't want to dye it then you are gonna have to sun bleach it and I guess you could try the lemon with it. Dying would be much easier and definitely gets results.

trust me dont use sun in!!!I did it turned my hair orange!!!& i had dirty blonde hair too.Lemmon juice doesnt work that well....& they are both permanet!TRY LOREIL COLOR PULSE HAIR DYE it is washable & you can see how you like it it is suppose to wash out in 10 washes but it actually lasts up to 3 months!=) but if u wash ur hair every day then about 2.it works great!& u will liv it!

There are adult men available for each shade. And, the hair isn't all that concerns- what's below it does, too. and that i prefer to propose you artwork on your spelling and grammar and punctuation till now you attempt to locate a guy.
