my friend suggested Vitamin E oil (not capsules/tablets you take orally) but designed for the skin, should help make it less noticeable.

it would really depend on where they are??
a few people i know that have bad scarring have opted for a process called "scarification and flesh removal" where a trained artist can cut a design into your skin.. this can be done on nearly all skin types (whereas tattooes cannot be)
it would not cover it but it would make the area more asthetically pleasing...
www.bmezine.com has links etc if you wanted to check it out

The scarring depends on the skill of the person who does your piercings and the care you take of it while it heals. Make sure to keep the piercing clean during the first few days. And be gentle around that area.

i know this isnt what you want to hear but keep your scars showing. it makes you different and shows something special. i have a scar on my face and when people do my makeup, no one's touching it.. i guess if you want except yourself..
