Go to military.com and make a username and password and then click on buddy finder and enter their name. If they're registered (a ton of military ppl are) then you can email 'em through the website. Good luck!

You can call the Administrive's office, but there's no gurantee that you'll be able to get their contact information unless you lie and say that your part of their family.
