Most Certainly! God's Love is unconditional love and is extended equally to all mankind. He DOES NOT like the behavor of the radical muslim nor any radical Catholic, nor radical prodestants.
Radical in itself is SIN and God punishes all sinners equally as well.

Only God knows what the 'radical' has done for him to be loved or hated...

But us human are never in favour of anything radical, be it a muslim, cult, party animal, or a plain-jane with an opinion over anything.

There is no god. Radical muslims are products of a set of societal, historical and political factors. Nothing more. Their beliefs, and those of Latter Day Saints, Roman Catholics and all other religious people, are founded on thin air and sloppy thinking.

God loves everyo;ne. Just like a mother loves her child even when that child does something bad and has to set that child right, God still loves muslims, even though the muslims have gone astray. Eventually, everyone answers to God.

Quran said ....surah Al zukhruf

Ayah:57-65
And when the son of Mary was cited as an example, your people raised a clamour at it, saying, "Are our gods better, or is he?" ( 52 ) They have cited this example to you only in the spirit of dispute. The fact is that they are a quarrelsome people. The son of Mary was no more than a servant whom We favored and made an example of Our power for the children of Israel. ( 53 ) If We please We can create angels from you ( 54 ) to succeed you in the earth. And he is, in fact, a Sign of the Hour; ( 55 ) therefore, do not have any doubt about it, and follow Me: this is the Straight Way. Let not Satan hinder you from this ( 56 ) : he is your open enemy. And when Jesus had come with clear Signs, he had said, "I have brought wisdom to you, and have come to make plain to you the reality of those things in which you differ: so fear Allah and follow me. The fact is that Allah is my Lord and your Lord, too. Worship Him alone: this is the Straight Way. " ( 57 ) But (in spite of his clear teachings) the sects disagreed among themselves. ( 58 ) So, woe to those who committed evil from the punishment of a painful Day.

Surah Al maidah
Ayah:115-119
Allah answered, "I am going to send it down to you, ( 129 ) but whoever among you shall disbelieve after that, I will surely give him such a chastisement wherewith I will not have chastised any other creature in the world." (After reminding him of these favours), AIIah will say, "O Jesus, son of Mary, did you ever say to the people, 'Make me and my mother deities besides Allah'?" ( 130 ) He will say. "Glory be to You! It did not behove me to say that which I had no right to say. Had I ever said such a thing, You would most surely have known it, for You know all that is in my mind, but I do not know what is in Your mind: indeed You have full knowledge of all the hidden things. I never told them anything other than what You bade me. I said, `Worship Allah, Who is my Lord as well as your Lord.' I was a witness to their conduct as long as I remained among them but when You recalled me, You watched over them; for You keep watch aver everything. Now, if You punish them, they are your own servants, and if You forgive them, You are All-powerful and AllWise. " Then Allah will declare, "This is the Day when the truthfulness of the truthful benefits them; there are such Gardens for them underneath which canals flow; they will dwell therein for ever. Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him; this is the Greatest success."
