i don't mean when you cook it if i drank just the vaniila extract would i get drunk?

You will certainly get drunk on anything that contains that much alcohoe for that content is almost twice that of the strongest wines.

you can get drunk of a plain water if it has 35% alchol

Yes - but you will have to drink enough to give you alcohol poisoning you are better off straining turpentine through bread - both will get you a "Drunk high" and could kill you.

yeah vanilla extract would be safer because you normally use it in food. The same cannot be said for listerine.
