There is no 3-day return law...period.
The lemon law only applies to new vehicles.
If it was sold "As-Is No Warranty" then it is just that. AS IS...no warranty. You're on your own.
Unless they told you IN WRITING that there was never any damage to the vehicle...then you are on your own.
HOWEVER. Call the dealer. Speak to the manager, and ask what they suggest. Maybe the dealer will be as suprised as you are, and be really cool about it.

usually no lemon law on used, its buyer beware,if you can prove the dealer knew and did not disclose the info yuo may have a chance, check dmv for history and contact previous owner to see if they know, also the dealer may have bought it as a wreck and then fixed it,they should have told you,if all else fails see what state laws may cover you

Your state may have a law that allows you to return a car within three days of the transaction. Check with you State's Division of Motor Vehicles. - Friday
If that doesn't work - you may need to get an attorney.

1) How do you know it's bent?
2) Read the small print that says 'Sold as is' on your bill of sale.
