Just have fun...you already got past the hard part of asking her out and all... Do what you would do with any other girl...she's not an alien it's not like she came to America to do what she would be doing in Germany. Go bowling, to the movies, out to eat, go with friends that can drive, an older brother or friend can drop you off, or even if you have to your parents. Who knows what will happen but if you don't try you might regret it.

If you are too young to drive, then you probably don’t have the cash for taxi’s and big dinners.

Its all about making her feel special. How about planning some day trips and use the bus. Go to the local museums together; pack a small picnic lunch to take with you. Get the Sunday paper in your town and get the “activities” section that will tell you everything that is happening in your town from a social perspective. If you live in a large enough town, there will be all kinds of free concerts in parks, sidewalk art shows. You can go to the matinee move where it’s cheaper and share popcorn. You can do it… be creative. This is how it’s done when Americans go to visit Europe. Just reverse it and do it here on our soil. Spend time with her… talk, listen, hold her hand, stroll and enjoy yourself.

See the town… take the bus and have a great time.

well if she is a forgein exchange student take he around your city and show her some american things thats why she came here. Do you have a city bus ? Hope on the bus show her the sights, find a park plan a picnic. There is so much you can show her and do with her. I would not take it to another level. She is leaving and chances are you will not see each other again. Stay friends and if it was meant to be in the future you will know.

dude, it's not the end of the world if it doesn't work out. i just needed to say that first. if you want to date this girl, maybe you could find a friend that drives and arrange a double date. or you could use public trans if you don't want your folks to drive you around. and when she leaves for germany, get her mailing address and email address. maybe you can continue to correspond.
