The system restore was on before. I don't know what really happened.When I try to restore it says the system restore is turned off. But when I try to turn the system restore on it says the system encountered error. Please help me

hit start/programs/accessories/system tools/then system restore.
if this doesnt help then you might have to defragment./
hit start/my computer/drivec/file/properties/tools/defragment./
this could take up to an hour to do so be patient.
if all this doesnt work try a system check/
start/my computer/ view sys.info/hardware/ device mgr.
if all this fails then you will probably need to either a [error cleaner]/ or take it somewhere to get it cleaned.
