I have occasional pain near the left side of my lower back. It's sort of a deep pain, and it usually occurs maybe once a week and lasts about 5-10 minutes. It's not a bad pain. On a scale from 1-10 it ranges from about a 2-6.
What could it be?

Thanks

Go and see a chiropractor. He will tell you what you've pulled or strained and snap, crackle, pop you back into place if at all possible, that is, assuming it's nothing internal.
