Yeah, it matters that it is not new. Who knows who owned it before you.
Unless of course she bought it at a celebrity auction. Then it may have belonged to your favorite star.
I just wouldn't want Paris Hilton hand me downs. She is sooo nasty.

I wouldn't care. Those purses are WAY over-priced to begin with so if they were able to save some money and give you a nice gift also, I wouldn't complain.

I don't use purses, so I'd just throw it in the closet as soon as my friend left. It wouldn't matter that it was slightly used.
