Here are some tips from a website that you might have in your home. Depending your problem, it may or may not work. I sure hope your pain eases enough for you to enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner.
Home Remedies for Toothache
Tips 1:
Place I clove of Garlic dipped in rock salt on the affected tooth.
Tips 2:
Place a piece of raw onion on the tooth.
Tips 3:
A clove or clove oil applied on the tooth will help
Tips 4:
Boil 5-6 cloves and 2- inch bark of a Margosa tree (Neem) in 1 cup of water. Strain and bottle. Store this in the fridge. Smear this decoction on the affected tooth.
Not a great idea to hold an asprin on your tooth. I use to think the same thing, but it is actually harmful to your tooth.
Holding an asprin to your tooth not only kills the pain, but also kills the tooth itself. The dissolving asprin actually eats away at the tooth little by little each time you use it. It would, of course, take quite a bit of asprin use to totally destroy the tooth, but prolonged used of this method is not advised by many.
Proceed with caution.

way too much meds, There's got to be a dentist open on Friday, somewhere! You could have a terrible swollen, infected abscess by Monday! Dangerous.....if you do get to that point, go to the emergency room, or go to a regular Dr. on Friday if you can't get a dentist. The reg. Dr. could prescribe antibiotics! If you really can't get to a dr., then get IBUPROFEN (any brand, same as advil) The anti-inflammatory properties of asprin and ibuprofen are much better than all the other things you took. If heat makes the pain horrible, then the nerve may be infected, and abscess is in the works. Antibiotics may be only true fix. Call your dentist emergency ph # and ask for script for some!-As a dental assistant, I would never let a patient wait that long for help!

Well u can always try gargling with lukewarm salt water which also prevents infection. Also at the pharmacy you can get some qtips and some clove oil and apply gently to the affected areas. I would skip all the other medicines you are taking. 8 hours after the medicines you took above just take four ibuprofen gel tabs. That should do the trick. You can also apply cold compress to the side of your face. Avoid very cold liquids and very hot liquids. Rest and take it easy. I hope you feel better. IF the above do not help just go to the ER they will give you narcotics for the pain and they will help most for sure.

That is way too much medication for one day. You are better off putting a topical agent on it like Anbesol...go to your emergency department, perhaps they can give you something more suitable for the pain. Do they not have emergency dental clinics in any of your local hospitals there? You should ask. Monday is much too long to wait. Call around to different dental offices and see if someone can take you.

Lucky for you i have had several toothaches. Believe it or not flossing will help a lot and instantly!!! Also sugarless gum will help soothe the tooth. Both will initially hurt but i swear it will work. Good luck at the dentist.

Get some besodent. It is for gum ulcers and my mom used it for that due to having false teeth. Once when my tooth was hurting so bad, I used that and that is all I use now. It taste terrible, but use a q tip and rub it all around the area that is hurting. It is like putting bandage on it and it is kind of numbing, but I guarantee it will stop your tooth from hurting until you get to the dentist. If you try it, let me know if it worked for you. I hope you get something for it so you can enjoy the holidays. Good luck
