I really want 2 have my ears pierced im getting really good grades and doing extra chores for my parents. Any other tips to make my parents give me pierced ears? please help me!!!!!!!

well sweetie. its really up to your parents. why not telling them that you would like them pierced for christmas? but in the end its really all up to them...but good luck with it.

I don understand why can't u girls have ur ears pierced!!I mean Indian gals have to have ears done cuz of rituals n all!!!
One really has 2 understand that ear piercing is not bad at all !!
It's traditional along with being hip!!
Try n make this understand 2 ur parents!!Tell them it's nothing bad!!It makes a girl look so feminine.Most importantly listen 2 them (Which u shud do it always:))Tell them ur interested in Hinduism and would love 2 follow the traditions!!

Well...you've started on a good side already...keep on with the chores...but if you can...drop hints...like when you go to you local store and pass by stores that do piercings...drop hints like...aww mom..wouldn't earrings look cute on me...things like this...and then after you have dropped off a few hints you should just ask them

I got my ears pierced when I was 4 years old. Just ask them over and over and over and let them know that you really one your ears pierced. Also let them know that you can handel it. If they say No then wait a while and ask them when your a little older. It's their desicion and it's up to them so just see what happens.

to me, it dont matter what age you are, but some parents just dont allow this, but it will help if u ask them nicely why , but tell them ya not trying to push them or anything, an that u understand that some dont allow this, but wuld just like to no whattheir reason is, this may make them think again, it worked 4 me when i was young, i think all girls should hvethem, but thats me,

I don't think is a good Idea you should get them pieced cause I don't like them like that on boys maybe you could when you move out but if you were my son not in my house

you are already on the right track with being really well behaved!
you need to show you are responsible and adult enough to look after the peircings (cause you need to clean them everyday and take care of them)
best advice would be do exactly what you are told first time they tell you to do something.. be really sweet to them
and ask for the piercing for christmas.. how could they say no?

If they don't want you to get it then they probley won't change their mind. I waited until 18 just to get my belly button pierced and some other spots.

just ask them nicely can you get your ears pierced and say that you will take responsibility of clening them everyday and that they have nothing to worry about...
