Sometimes my hand shakes, it happens when i'm not even that nervous, but i can't control it, like when taking tests and i'm running out of time. i also shake when i'm nervous....but why? and how do i stop it? is there some presciption or what?

Its sounds like anxiety, exercise is great, meditation.
zoloft as a last resort. but it works.

Maybe you should see a neurologist. Your physician may have to refer you to one first. Some people shake when they have muscle fatigue, some people shake when they are nervous, some people shake when they are on certain medicines, sometimes it could be a neurological problem. You should really see your physician to make sure.

Make sure you are not getting an overdose of caffeine through soft drinks, coffee, energy drinks, alert pills, etc. This is one thing that can cause this sympom and can also cause more serious health problems.
