You can do it, but it's neither quick nor easy.
You need to ferment some sort of sugar solution with yeast. Whiskey uses grains, rum uses molasses, and so on.
This takes about 2-4 weeks.
---that's the not quick part---

Meanwhile, you need to build a still.
When the still is ready and the fermentation is complete, you use the still to distill the fermented liquid to separate the alcohol from the rest of the stuff in it. Then, the tricky part is knowing what part of the distilled alcohol is fit to drink and what part just tastes nasty or contains toxic compounds.
---this is the not easy part---

So, you've spent a lot of money on the parts, tools, and materials to build a still. You've spent up to 4 weeks fermenting the wash to be distilled. On top of that, you get less than 1 gallon of booze for every 5 gallons of wash you ferment. Yet more is the money you spend running the still (for either the electricity or gas).

You have one of two possible outcomes.
1) You just wasted a whole lot of your time that you could have spent drinking comercial booze that you bought, not to mention a whole lot of money that would have bought a huge amount of cheap booze or a good amount of top shelf, high quality booze.
2) You could be proud of something that you created with your hands, your time, and your care. You can be proud that made this booze all by yourself and take pride in a job well done.

If 2 is your preference, you can get started by studying this very carefully:

You can't. Moonshine requires a still. I don't think there's any "quick" way to ferment anything, either.

No way is that possible, an no way it's going to be quick or easy.
