Hair grows about 1/2 inch a month, you may have more or less, but I'm not aware of anything to make it grow faster.

As previous person said Biotin can be great (can cause breakouts in some) amino acids like L'arginine can be good too. A good diet, lots of water and benign neglect are the best tho' no real 'miracle'. Watched pot never boils and all that.
Look after it, no excessive dying, or heat, don't wash with shampoos that are very harsh (usually those with sodium or ammonium laureth in them), you should not need to wash everyday either. That and lots of styling can cause weakening and breakage which = shorter hair. You might be lucky and have hair that grows very fast. The average is half an inch a month. Can be quicker in the warmer months. Head massage can increase blood circulation to the scalp and may promote growth - worth a go eh?

I know the feeling hunny! I'm a cosmetologist in Illinois and 3 weeks before my Fiance` proposed I cut all my hair off and it was down my back! I'm regretting it now cause the wedding is only a year away! Go to your local pharmacy. They make specific vitamins for Hair, Skin and Nails, they are essential vitamins that we all need that are healthy and safe for you but they will spur all that hair to kick into over drive! Here are some other suggestions that we use for growing hair, good luck! Mane N' Tail Shampoo Prenatal Vitamins Hair, Skin, and Nails Vitamins Vitamin C Multivitamins Hope this helps some! Mia

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aL9ZJ Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.

Pulling your hair into a tight ponytail could cause it to break or fall out, which defeats the whole purpose. Condition it two-three times a week, there are a lot of products in the market to help your hair get stronger, you should use those; get it micro-trimmed every couple of months to get rid of split ends; take your vitamins and eat your veggies. This will help your hair be healthier, which in turn will help it grow.

Your hair growth will vary depending on the health of your hair, health of your scalp and your diet. Start using a good brand of shampoo and conditioner suited for your particular hair style, i.e. dry hair, colored hair, curly, frizzy, etc. Also have the dead ends trimmed off monthly. You can use hot oil treatments to help the condition of your hair and scalp. Finally cut out foods that fried and high in saturated fats. Try to stick with a good combination of green vegetables and white meats. My wife and 2 daughters have used this system and it has resulted in a 5 year old with hair long enough to hang below the bottom of her buttocks, a 3 year old whose hair touches her belt and a 34 year old woman who religously colors her hair to go from mid kneck length hair to just below mid back length hair.

Hair vitamins, limiting the damage you do to your hair (perms, high heat appliances, etc.), there are some products out there that say they can make your hair grow. Don't know how good they work though...
If you want long hair fast, you can always get hair extensions.... it only takes a few hours...

Hair Vitamins, Don't use heat that much (blowdrying etc...), Let it go dirty as long as you can, Don't brush the living day light out of your hair because then it will break it off, massage your head, and trim it every 8 weeks.

Message your head. That will get the blood flowing and it will bring the nutrients to your hair. When you wash your hair, scrub it well. Brush and brush your hair. In earlier times women use to brush their hair with one hundred or more strokes each day.
