God gave us free will, and He is all knowing because He knows the choice we will make, but He doesn't force us into it. We have to decide where we will spend eternity.

If God is "All Knowing", then think of the following scenario....

3,454,578 years ago when God was all alone (to say any different is to say God didn't exist), he new that one day on September 11 that a major tragedy would occur.
As the years came closer and closer, he knew that this event was going to happen soon. Then, one day it happened. You see, it is almost as though God sat there and watched the whole thing. Survivors of the 911 tragedy "Thank God" that they were still alive. Actually, God did nothing, due to "free will". He sat there. Odds are, that some people will survive.

If God were to do a miracle, he'd surely use those powers to put Jesus's face on a piece of toast, or make a statue cry.

God allows free will, God also knows the outcome of our choices.

Foreknow, Foreknowledge
It is God's knowledge about things that will happen. Past, present, and future are all "present" in the mind of God. He inhabits eternity (Isaiah 57:15). God has infinite knowledge (Isaiah 41:22,23) and knows all things in advance. In the N.T. it does not always mean "to know beforehand" but also to cause to be. See 1 Pet. 1:2,20.

Omniscience
An attribute of God alone. It is the quality of having all knowledge (Isaiah 40:14). Omnipotence, Omnipresence, and Omniscience represent the nature of God concerning His relation to the creation.

You are mistaken about the nature of god. This is the lifeforce that permeates every living thing in the universe. God does not look like us and does not speak any particular language. God is everywhere and nowhere. You can pray all you want but the only one who will help you is yourself. The bible and all religion is an invention by man as an attempt to answer the unanswerable. Trust in the real god and you will be liberated.

Yes it is... however He has to choose not to know every move we're going to make before hand. This is wear people trip out a lot. No, you cannot have any free will if indeed it was all known before it ever happened. God knows pleanty, and He has and will make some things happen but not everything.

God can create everything there is to create, but chooses not to
God can heal anything one can be healed from, but chooses not to
God does not need to rest, but He chose to
God does not need to change His mind, but He chose to a few times.
God can does not have to come to us in the form of man to save us, but He chose to.
God can know everything that will happen before it does, but He chooses not to.

Like us, God has free will also.

Yes, he is and he wants us to know that so that we will know that he is always there. You can do a search on this,
This is just one scripture for you

To choose if they would eat or the tree or not?

You will have to read all of this chapter to get the full meaning

2 Chronicles 16:9
For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.

God's all-knowing is knowing what is going to happen. Will involves decision-making or making a choice. God may know beforehand what you may do but this does not mean that he has influenced you in making your choice. God does not, so you have the free will.

Free will is an approximation. In principle, any action is determinable by calculating from all the inputs that one has received during one's entire life. In practice, that is clearly impossible. For a discussion of omnipotence and omniscience, see the reference.
