Speak to their parents again. The law need not be invited into this just yet. Try to settle it civilly first. If the vandalization continues, then talk to the police.
Hopefully the parents are responsible enough to discipline their children and the incidents will become none.
I hope this was helpful.

I agree with Jer. I had the same problem with some kids down the street. My oldest beat up one of their kids when he tried to jump my son so they thought it'd be funny to egg our house. The first time, I let the parents know. The 2nd time, I let the police know and the cops went down there and put the fear of God into the kids. I never had a problem after that, hopefully you won't either.
If all else fails, set up a video camera and catch the kids doing this stuff and then sue the parents. They won't bother you after that since they'll probably have to sell their house.

Since you have already talked to their parents I would call the police, or if you know a police officer personally have them go and talk to the parents and the kids about what can happen if they continue with this kind of behavior.

You could always go file a police report, just in case. That way, if things get out of hand (serious vandalization) it's on record that they've been harassing you and your grandma.
Nothing will happen as long as you decide not to press charges. Deliver a copy of the police report to the parents and let them know you take their children's behavior seriously.

I'd just call the police. The kids wouldn't act like this if they had any guidance at home so I think talking to the parents would be ineffective. Those kids need to learn to behave. Your grandmother shouldn't have to be afraid of those boys either.

Talk to the parents again. Tell them what is happening. If the parents don't do anything about it, then call the police and have them "scare" the kids.

Try the parents again I would say normally but most parents these days seem to think their little angels can do no wrong.
Try the parents and if they retaliate again then call the cops on the little brats.

Everyone gets rude customers. You just smile and tell your manager to deal with them.

i would talk to the parents...
"....i'd hate to have to involve the police, but this has to stop NOW..."...hopefully that will motivate the parents to discipline their children
