It's not good to date someone you work with. Jealousy, office politics, potential break-up and then you still have to work with them every day...no...it's not good to date someone you work with.

It's close enough that I refuse to pay $400 for M$-Office. Seriously, I bought Office 2003 two years ago and a month later discovered Open Office. OOo reads, modifies and saves Word, Excel and PowerPoint with ease, and it's FREE. BTW, Office 2003 is for sale, make me an offer.

Ask her to have coffee with you at Starbuck's after work. See if you guys have anything in common. It's a real turn off when women think you have a big crush on them. Show an interest in her life, but don't put the moves on her right away. Slow down, Romeo!! Be yourself and honest with women.
It's only a real mistake if your planning on using her and breaking up on bad terms later and still have to work with her. A burned woman can be your worst enemy on the job.

Sooner or later you will have to speak your mind. Do not mince words whenever in love or in a relationship.
Best way seems to be: Take her to a serene cafe and hold her hand and ask her looking in her eyes. Muster courage and enjoy the feelings of being in love.

hi buddy ur case is similar as mine...even i worked in a call center n there used to be a gorgeous babe on whom i developed a likin....there used to be many moments like when she had a break even i had a break and whenever i used to be in canteen she used to be there to and there wld be an eye contact...once i was ordering something n her back was towards me....i was starin at her and next moment she turned back n give me a face to face eye contact...i was surprised....i tht even she is interested...u knw wht i went ahead n one fine day talked 2 her...next day i came to knw she had complained abt it to her team leader....so i didnt talk 2 her after that day....
so the bottomline is crushes r better when they remain a crush...todays girls r nt d kinda wid whom u can share ur heart...they r clever than us...especially those workin in bpos...n u knw better than me....so beware...my advice wld be to leave it..at the most if u wanna try u can try to spk to her but outside office limits....d question is hw can u do that...unless u stay in a common area or visit a common place nearby....i hope my advice helps...so whtever happens do mail back to me usin d link in my profile or jst mail on coolraj79@gmail.com cya

i would say let it go at present and keep noticing her way's again. cause if she is not interested and u go and tell her than u might loose ur job if she complains about you. So pls have patience and wait for the right time, this is too early to take any step.

Next time you see her, go say hello, make some general conversation. If that goes well, ask her if she'd like to maybe go out sometime, for dinner or to see a film or something.
Good luck man.
